I was thinking of the anatomy definition so I thought he just put a random word. Something like "the scapula doesn't even touch the line."

You don't need dairy to lose weight. The "weight loss trapezoid" isn't healthy for you. Don't cut out good carbs. It's more efficient.
Whole grains are healthy and you can eat a ton of those. Try to stay away from white flour (which is in wheat bread and not whole wheat).
