The amount of nerdy sci-fi knowledge I have rattling around in my brain is distressing. Imagine what I could do if that wasn't occupying so much space!
I mean, it's both how the actors played the rolls back during DS9 (Bashir being bi and Garak being gay) and that obviously wasn't truly canonical. But their ages are like 10 years apart or so (I don't believe we got Garak's age exactly), but we know that Bashir turned 40 (and made a big deal about it to Garak). So like Bashir is 40 and Garak is 40-50. Totally reasonable.Oh, and Lower Decks had alternate universe Garak and Hologram Bashir. So, it's technically not our Bashir and Garak.
Oh great, now I have to watch that music video again otherwise it will be stuck in my head all evening.
Saw the scar photo first but didn't read the description. Then I kept scrolling and suddenly saw this. AHHHHHH!! I thought your scar was from a surgery or something!
This. I always wanted to take up hunting but this sold it for me. Deer are an ecological menace at this point and we need to hunt them.

Wear a kilt. A straight as an arrow, drives a big truck, gun toting, red blooded American friend of mine wears a kilt when he goes golfing. Confidence is the key. Be confident as you strut around in your totally a kilt and not a skirt outfit.

As a pilot, autopilots in planes make sense; they reduce workload and help the pilot focus on decision making and management of the airplane. They work because accidents rarely require split second reactions to deactivate the automation and take manual control. In a car the "autopilot" is expected to react regularly to split second decisions and the idea that a human will monitor is bogus because it takes us a second or two to realize the autopilot missed something and for us to react.
There are dozens of us! Dozens!
The axe is too heavy for her and/or she wasn't taught how to use it. And what she's splitting is basically kindling; she needs a hatchet.
