It's a very versatile fruit. For my family, we like to cook it in chilli sauce or add it to fish dishes. The pickled ones are also delicious. Some people eat it raw with salt, others make into jams, curries, sambal, and juice. While researching this fruit, I found out that the juice is used as a stain remover. Apparently they use it to remove rust on the keris dagger.

I won't deny some of them are young, but yes this is a type of mango that's ripe when green. I'm in Malaysia, and here we call it Mangga Wani. Not to be confused with the Indonesian white wani mango tho, the inside of this one is yellow and really sweet.
