Gator tail isn't weird at all, especially fried. Raw oysters, clams, muscles, calamari, and so many other seafood dishes are much weirder
It's not that weird. It's not like it even has a unique flavor, kinda tastes somewhere between chicken and fish.
They only get super salty if you over salt.
What one hand gives the other takes away. Lottery money usually ends up replacing other funding sources.
