You would think that soy free would be a lot more available since it's supposed to be way worse for the general population than gluten.

because I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I wish gluten (all allergens) glowed under blacklight. It would be so.much easier.

I made choc chip cookies with a bean-based flour mix because they said the bean flavor bakes out. Made the mistake of tasting the dough.
