I still don't like it, but it's significantly less harmful and I can agree to that. There's scales of how bad things are.

I don't think you can monetize and sell your imgur memes. If you could we'd have an argument. As such this falls under transformative use for satire/comedy, and it's entirely free. There is no moral problem with drawing words over images to make funny memes. AI however, is monetized in multiple avenues and the people making a living as AI "artists" are in fact making money off of other people's artwork without permission. There are hundreds of them on sites of ill repute.

I live in MN but my hay fever is atrocious for 90% of the year outside of winter. I also hate bugs and don't handle heat well. I'm not an outdoorsey type but at least in winter I can go outside without my sinuses exploding or being harassed by flies, mosquitos, and gnats.
Because we do in fact have a surplus of empty houses. 16 million to be exact. Clearly the answer isn't to just build more houses nobody can afford. But the answer also isn't to just keep raising the minimum wage. Or just let things keep going as they are. People are desperate for a real answer.
Even if I'm not sleeping, the fact that my neighbor's kids are constantly loud enough for me to physically feel them stomping around their apartment makes it impossible for me to relax in my own room that I pay $850 a month for. I try to be quiet within reason, I'm not perfect, but I feel like I live next to a herd of elephants sometimes. One of the perks of living on the top floor is I'm not supposed to have to deal with this!
The hobbits have mayors, sheriffs, and other minor lawmakers and enforcement depending where you are in the Shire. They definitely aren't anarchists. But I can't tell if this post is painting the CIA as the good guys or not because overthrowing Sauron was a definite good thing in the story. Installing Aragorn as king of Gondor was both a prophecy and necessary for all of this to happen. Him being loyal to the hobbits is a byproduct of being allies in the great war against Sauron, not the plan.
Just to jump in as someone who played an hour of the original and couldn't handle the clunky old mechanics but never got to experience the story the same way a lot of my peers who had a PS1 did; I still feel a bit bitter at the idea of a subversion of the story with the "remake". I had been genuinely looking forward to being able to enjoy the game with modern polish and instead I'm told it's some metacommentary or whatever.
This. It's human ego to pretend that making the planet uninhabitable for us makes the planet uninhabitable for everything. We'll take a lot of other animals down with us, but life will go on, the planet will go on. And understanding that fact inherently defeats the "all humans have to die to save the planet" mindset. It's not about saving the planet, it's about being attached to the very specific variety of flora and fauna we currently have on the planet.
Bold of you to assume the top left is affordable. That looks like the suburbs around where I live, maybe closer to the downtown area. $300,000 minimal.
My take is we should be able to report a post that's untagged about politics/current events and either force the OP to add a tag or delete the post. I don't want to have to mute people, I consider it to be a last resort, but it's my only solution when I already have to be logged into imgur to filter the posts.

Where's the third eye? Why'd they change her pants? Why are her eyes red and not yellow? This inaccuracy pains me.
These are all very cool but sadly a bit hard to read at a glance which makes them tricky to incorporate into a lot of games.
Should probably swap Korean and Japanese tbh, FFXIV has way more of the bottom than the top and Korean games are definitely known for armor.
