An expansion of GURPS' Mass Combat system called Tactical Mass Combat. TMC is found in Pyramid magazine, issue #44. :)
This art style is basically Game Grump faces mixed with the Phil Face from Adventure Time. XD
Automatic tire chains but no differential lock? o-O
But seriously though it's more of a style choice since some axes have curved handles.
