Kites are attached to you with a harness. Pulling the bar in front gives you air/lifts you. There's also a quick detatch for the kite.

Yeah my processing speed and memory were the issues. Non-composite was like 128 or so. I just got meds today too which I'm excited for :D
[2].. were average (100). Although not bad on the scores the huge point difference showed I had issues focusing and paying attention.
