They were probably counting on the higher-paid drivers to quit and them not having to pay unemployment since no one was “fired”. They didn’t know about constructive firing and how much time they were going to be spending one
You might try holding classes in woodworking if you’re interested. Quick project like a key holder or bird house or a series of classes.
Doesn’t have to wait for very long.

Sscat is a can of compressed air with a motion detector. It’ll beep then hiss to scare them away from an area they shouldn’t be in.
He'd write letters to it and shove them in it, letting his concerns go and let his 'higher power' take it. He didn't need religion either.
Visitor came to a do a speech at a meeting my bf went to. Said his higher power was his glove compartment in his truck.
