Blue Shield has been fucking with EVERY hospitals contract renewals, offering shit repayment for services and reduced coverage, then stringing out the negotiations, it took the hospital near me 3 months after the contract expired to get an agreement. Insurance providers play this game on every renewal, but it’s nowhere near this long, nor is the theft as egregious as this time around. Blue Shield are parasites

Insurance of ANY kind should not be allowed to be publicly traded or on the market at all, allowing it means that the companies are beholden to random investors instead of the people paying premiums for the service. This should never be allowed to happen.
