Help me explain this to my friend…
Agree, personally I think VA often can provide more comprehensive care than private sector

every weekend. Like occasionally and at lower doses, it’s fine! That massive 800mg dose frequently alone as you get older is bad news
As long as you’ve had something to eat first, ibu 200-400 mg is fine before bed if it helps. Provided you’re not drinking to that point
Caffeine is fine. All about moderation!! If you’re doing a ton of both ibu and caff regularly it’s not good for you
Pharmacist here. Yes. Definitely not a good thing to do together. High risk for stomach bleed and cardio damage esp over time. It adds up

I was never taught that “damn” was a swear word, even though grew up traditional Roman Catholic. Depends on region where you grew up I guess
imo still a lot better than private medicine (unfortunately…wish it would all improve!)
