Nothing makes sense in that gif, if it's a bathroom why is there a TV? And if it's not, why is the floor slippery?
So basically all the money loaned comes back there 10 fold + political domination over some parts of the continent. (3/3)
They'll soon take over the minear resources of the richest continent and will get to develop it using chinese corporates... (2/3)
