It's likely a wide angle camera that's been edited to fit portrait video so they focus on the left side and "pan" to the right but it's really all one wide video

There's also no telling based on this video if who was recording (parents? Guardian? Fun fact - NDAs that try to cover up illegal activity are generally unenforceable. Those people are still very much allowed to report to the authorities but I imagine are too scared to because they signed the NDA as part of their settlement.

In the US the rate can stay fixed for 30 years. A lot of very happy home buyers/refinancers from 2020 and 2021 right now with their rock bottom rates. I bought in 2023 and have nearly triple the rate from my sister who refinanced in 2020/21. That being said, owning a home, even at higher interest costs, is a more financially sound decision because of cost control and ultimately being able to sell/ downsize as you need when you get older or just to build generational wealth
