Can't we all just acknowledge that there are stupid ppl on both sides? Just cuz a few loud mouths are idiots doesn't mean we all are.
This scene speaks to me so much more in this context than it ever did before.
Worst thing to hear from a customer is when they start with : "I just want you to know I don't mean to take it out on you...." and then do.

MY CPR instructor, who was also a surgeon's assistant, said that that's not necessary and she doesn't agree with that statement...

I know know! AN approval* I suck at proof reading BEFORE I send and I didn't have anyone to submit for approval to. =p
What's the point of submitting for a approval if they fire you for disapproving. Sounds like an effective way to be ineffective.
Frankly we all need to treat other with respect and courtesy. Regardless of ANYTHING. (2)
