Way to go! Keep on truckin! I'm still trying to get the next 50 lbs off to yet my BMI into the 'healthy' range. Started at 49.9, now at 32!

I went from a 44H to a 40DD. No back problems, thanks to deadlifts and supermans strengthening my back!

I'm 5'5" so I was much rounder than you probably are!

Everything was harder for me at 300 lbs. Sitting hurt my ass, standing hurt me feet, laying down was hard to breathe.

Trying to run with big boobs is a chore. Gotta tape those puppies down! I'm all for smaller boobs lol. Thank you :)

Honestly, they went, but I'm okay with that. I was a 44 H, now down to a 40 DD and happy!

I'm strength training so I can't skimp on calories too much or I feel like garby garb.

Whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter and banana. Apple slices dipped in yogurt. I love avocados on everything, good healthy fats.

(2) in my fridge at all times. It's easy to grab and eat a healthy light meal rather than reach for junk.

(1) I cut up a head of iceberg, head of romaine, 3 bell peppers, a cucumber, a red onion, radishes and tomatoes and keep a huge tub of salad

Yessir! I have two little boys who are addicted to cauliflower. They try to lift my barbell and ask to see my muscles all the time!

I have a friend who is happy as hell at 350, she doesn't deal with the health issues I had at 300. Everybody truly is different!

I feel a lot healthier, I'm trying not to be sizeist by celebrating my weight loss. 300 lbs sucked for me. Less is better for me.
