(> '.' )> Mother of two little people Wife of one bigger people Canadian, Sorry
Amazing!
Lost my dad to non-Hodgkin's lymphoma 10 years ago. It went from diagnosis to death in 3 months. He was 43. I know them feels. Fuck cancer.
I have friends who swear by Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength linear progression program!
Way to go! Keep on truckin! I'm still trying to get the next 50 lbs off to yet my BMI into the 'healthy' range. Started at 49.9, now at 32!
No, I work out in my living room. I am in a few motivation groups on facebook, though!
*wiggles eyebrows at you*
I went from a 44H to a 40DD. No back problems, thanks to deadlifts and supermans strengthening my back!
I'm 5'5" so I was much rounder than you probably are!
Everything was harder for me at 300 lbs. Sitting hurt my ass, standing hurt me feet, laying down was hard to breathe.
Trying to run with big boobs is a chore. Gotta tape those puppies down! I'm all for smaller boobs lol. Thank you :)
Honestly, they went, but I'm okay with that. I was a 44 H, now down to a 40 DD and happy!
Just keep at it and you will :)
I'm strength training so I can't skimp on calories too much or I feel like garby garb.
Whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter and banana. Apple slices dipped in yogurt. I love avocados on everything, good healthy fats.
He's just gotten heavier. Good thing I work out ;)
Quinoa with curry powder. Assyrian rice with green lentils. Cottage cheese and raspberries for morning snacks! Eggs and toast for breakfast!
(2) in my fridge at all times. It's easy to grab and eat a healthy light meal rather than reach for junk.
(1) I cut up a head of iceberg, head of romaine, 3 bell peppers, a cucumber, a red onion, radishes and tomatoes and keep a huge tub of salad
I make roasted chicken breasts A LOT. Also roasted salmon. Low fat high protein. Roasted cauliflower tossed in olive oil and chili powder!
Yessir! I have two little boys who are addicted to cauliflower. They try to lift my barbell and ask to see my muscles all the time!
I have a friend who is happy as hell at 350, she doesn't deal with the health issues I had at 300. Everybody truly is different!
I eat 1200-1550 calories a day, low GI, whole grains, very little sugar! Salad salad salad!
*winky mouth clicky thing*
Personally, yes lol
I feel a lot healthier, I'm trying not to be sizeist by celebrating my weight loss. 300 lbs sucked for me. Less is better for me.
I'll remember and I'll be following up! If you need tips or any meal ideas I can help :)
I still got lotsa bass lol
I hid from the camera a lot last year so I don't really have a better before picture. Thank you for the compliments :)
Me too! Woooo for Mid-shaft Ontario!
Damn that's a fine crackle weave, son
