Cats regularly have 6-8 nipples but can have as low as 4 or as high as 10. It's even possible for them to have an odd number. I think there's a 7th on the right side under one of the kittens' paws, but the little one needs to find it first.

I wouldn't adjust that scene a single iota. The feeling of disgust you feel watching him eat the tomatos is intentional and that disgust (1)
