If you can't understand the assumption of them being a Karen if there wasnt a source, then idk what to tell you. I'm not sure I've seen anything that wasn't Karen like on Facebook. It was under the assumption that there was no source and someone was trying to start shit. ALWAYS assume someone is trying to start shit unless you get a reliable confirmation. Which I did. Perhaps blindly taking everything you see to heart makes you the problem.

Yeah, learn to protect yourself. Take some classes, be smart. I have size on my side. I've always been able to kick their asses. Teach little girls early. My parents always told me to fight back. Be confident. I've never felt like I wasn't in control when dipshits came around and tried to start shit. Telling girls they have to be quiet and ladylike is bullshit. Teach them balls are soft, squishy and vulnerable. When u are old enough, conceal carry and practice and take courses.

Idk, it's Facebook. I'm real iffy about a screenshot from a Karen on Facebook. This is exactly how the misinformation about my area and the hurricane rescue relief started. Unless there is a high profile streamer/influencer saying it and spreading it, middle schoolers don't put that much thought into things.

So glad you were dressed! I work in an ER and the things I've seen are horrific. Every time I see a rider without gear I shudder to know the consequences of when it happens. Not if, when. Stay safe people.
Took me 1 hour in rural TN. I've never seen it wrapped out the building.
LOL, vehicle inspections in TN? People slap whatever they want on anything. Def depends on where this is, and what states you are gonna drive through. I have a custom wrangler with all kinds of fun stuff on it, but I also have a way to turn it off when I go across state lines.
The Trump bs does prey on the people of my area. Mostly due to the filtered local news that is absolute BS. That hate for any agency coming in has been around much longer than I have been alive and even my father has been alive.
It also has nothing to do with the Trump cult. There has been a deep seeded distrust in the area against any big corporation or agency. They came in and forced everyone to move to build the dams. North American Rayon shipped out and left the area devastated for 20+ years. My lifelong republican parents are voting blue. Don't be too quick to slap labels on people.
I live in Carter County. It was spread via Facebook. They showed up angry thinking supplies were being taken. They talked and realized that wasn't the case. They then left and came back with supplies. Again, blown wayyyy out of proportion.
Why is this getting down voted? There was a small group of guys that drove around, but they weren't riding around guns blazing. They came into TN as well. Nothing happened, they even started helping when they saw the rumors were bullshit.
They saw the supplies werent being taken and the leader explained that everyone was volunteering and it very quickly dissolved.
The same group came over into TN and tried to start shit with our guys. I saw them they weren't coming in guns blazing. They were open carrying. They were agitated, but nothing escalated. The leader at the one site talked with them and everything was fine. They even left and brought back supplies and started helping. This has been blown wayyyy out of proportion.
No you don't. All water in any body of water on the planet is dirty. Never drink any gathered water without boiling.

Yeah, nah. Chimney Rock IS getting help. Very misleading post. These people are young and capable. Triage is a thing. I have personally packed up supplies that was transported by air to Chimney Rock specifically. 3 days is nothing in the wake of such destruction and the remote location. Not really sure where they are going tbh. This is sad and terrible but to say we aren't doing EVERYTHING in our power to get them help is absurd.
