We are creeping up there. It was right at $3.90 last time I got it. I've always been glad of where I live even though I know there's better scenery lots of places. There's lots of good paying jobs here & relatively low cost of living.
Where I live that's about $12 of eggs. I never buy tomatoes so I don't know about their price. I would guess $70 - $80 on the meat.
Parents were this, parents were that. Doesn't matter. It won't change. Neither will governments. Social/news media, ideologies, jobs, education, so many things have an interest in fucking up kids.

Depends on who you ask but considering I live in Indiana, as far as fresh clean water goes, I'm good.
This is another reason why I always advise people to not have kids. This world is fucked. I feel terrible for those kids. They are the losers in all of this.
