Not much Yoga was done that day.
They were being facetious. I would have thought that was pretty obvious. Relax.
They want to take away your independence by substituting your skills with technology you never asked for. Once you loose the ability to work yourself, you become dependent on the corporation and then they have real control over your life and suck as much money as they can out of you, the technological slave. Something to brighten your day.
I have core memories of being primary school age and going down the local woods with my friends and exploring / building forts. We used to roam around all over the country side having a blast.
