That's why I feel if a copyrighted work (owned by a corporate entity) such as a movie, tv show, book, or video game is not available for sale in a reasonable quantity over a set number of years it should become part of the public domain since the copyright owner is showing no intent to exercise it's right. I suggest this because patent and copyright laws are supposed to give creators exclusive rights to sell their work for a set number of years but they're not selling

That and it's because it wasn't made for most of that. Publisher was the one to work pictures and text together and I don't think MS has an actual pdf editor still. That'll be $150

Laughs in Michigan. There's ways to take back control from them. Sadly not every state allows it. We first made absentee ballots allowed for everyone and even allowed same day registration to vote. Then took redistricting out of the hands of politicians. Now democrats have control of both branches of the state Congress and the governorship for the first time in 40 years. This is why the Right accuses Mich of rigging their elections cause they know it'll happen if more people vote

Because they aren't actually treated as a terrorist organization. Otherwise federal laws would be in effect to strip their money and make it illegal to aid their organization

It has to be done on the state level, some states allow amendments to be added to the constitution as a ballot measure. Michigan did so to have districts drawn by a non partisan committee and to allow no excuse absentee voting

Or bring forth a viable 3rd party with open primaries, ranked voting and ending the madness of modern campaign financing by introducing spending caps

While true the problem is many major issues can't be dealt with just one piece of legislation and forever taken care of. It requires diligence, in this case with taxes and tariffs to encourage keeping domestic manufacturing competitive if not instead focusing on higher end goods and technology in the place of the "minimum wage jobs" sent overseas
