60 minutes on the stationary bike or a long walk. It also makes me self conscious, so I'm aware of being to the lose the weight. + it's fun
My wife is stunned also, she totally gets the munchies, I don't. For me it relieves the aches and pains of middle age so I can do 1/
All I did was eating modification (less food, even less crap), more activity, no stress, and, um... "Full spectrum CBD".
Thanks, tbh the first 40 were really easy, but I hit the wall at 205. Increased activity to the next level to restart the slide down.
