I'm a government scientist & work for a major entertainment company.
I just paid my car loan off 3 years early and my credit score dropped 80 points. The credit system (like most systems in the US) is fucked.

I work for the USGS. We encounter too many property owners who utilize improper testing kits/services. Contracts have nothing to do with it.
I read OPs comments and they allude to improper testing quite a few times - which I've also brought up to them.
Groundwater hydrologist here. Naturally occurring & unknown hazards exist in groundwater outside of industrial areas. Always test the water.

Maybe call your old high school and request your records. I graduated in 2006 and they still had mine as of a month ago & mailed them to me.
Insurance & legal have very strict requirements. It's only going to get stricter as we come out of the pandemic & shift into a new normal.

I have my anatomy scan at 20 weeks. I meet with my doctor to discuss the anatomy scan at 22 weeks. Many happen after 20 wks for a reason.
My insurance said they won't cover a 3 month supply of my asthma inhaler. Blames manufacturer. Manufacturer blames insurance.
He is 4 months post hospital & has meds, respiratory therapy, speech therapy & physical therapy, all requiring out of pocket costs.
Friend's father was hospitalized in ICU for 2 weeks. CARES Act covered entire hospital stay but won't cover any follow follow up care. >>
