Not in the other games I’ve seen from this World Cup, pretty sure it was just because of the specific situation of a call being changed after the video review. Harder to communicate that with hand signals.

Pretty sure they did actually intentionally infect them in the Guatemala experiments though, not disputing that. Horrible injustice in both cases just the same.
Listening to a podcast about it now, as horrible and unethical as the Tuskegee study was, they didn’t infect the men, they just never told them they already had it, and then never treated it. Did they actually cancel it? Thought they just delayed it/changed the date to “soon” from “this summer” or something. I’m sad if they did.

You’re off by a decade, was 14 when he made it, but kept it for 24 years: 1997+24= 2021. Kid’s probably outgrown it, but not by much yet.

Not sure what issue you had, but often the fix is favoriting the meme first and replying with the favorite if not a canned reaction gif
