$60 hearing aids don't help people like me who have 70+% loss and need ultra-high powered hearing aids. Mine are $6500 for the pair
Interesting ideas, but TBH I want Matrix-style VR. Just put me in a chair and plug me in, no movement required. I'll jump on board then...

It's especially bad when listening to music - the compression kicks in and it's all muffled. And filtering out noise in a room? Useless :-\
As a Hard of Hearing individual, hearing aids suck. I wear them because I have no choice, but they sound bad and the DSP never works right
