In my headcanon, Stan Lee's cameos in the MCU are all of the same guy who just lives the most spectacularly varied life in the galaxy.

Lavabending is an actual thing- it's an advanced earthbending technique, not firebending. Did Sozin ever actually do that, or just Roku?
I don't think Azula could lightningbend at all either; remember she had to stall till the eclipse passed? It's just advanced firebending.
So Bob Ross was clearly a Rowling-world wizard, and he just strapped a brush tip to his wand and does magic in front of muggles no problem.
