Hard to say from a healing standpoint. But I hate to say the 'gaps' or 'light spots' you're going to see are not from bad healing (1)

Try with just 1 stick of RAM in the first slot, swap between the two. Also try with only the necessary hardware (CPU-RAM only).
Its just an old computer. You said the power supply died too right. Thing is probably dead if it shorted out.
If you know how to solder and have the correct capacitors. It doesn't fix the problem that caused them to burst though. Just the symptom.
make sure RAM is seated properly. You have one paired in the wrong slot btw.
Those aren't rusted capacitors, they are burst capacitors. Likely means motherboard is bad.
If I did that tattoo, the owner of the shop would fire my ass.
Go back and show the owner of the shop what this guy did (if he wasnt the artist that did it). This is garbage.
Long story short they made her sick.
Its a shame she had the implants taken out.
