I have Sprint and it is true unlimited I think. Either that, or the cap in indescribably high, I watch a lot of video on my phone.
The same reason that people are required to wear seatbelts. Public safety at large.

You know the EA conference was held on Saturday right? It was way before the show. I'm sure they've been touting it everywhere since.
I would like to know where you worked that anyone below management level had the power to change prices. Most places you can't.

Actually they can in fact jump higher than the average house, because the average house can't jump.
DARPA has made some, but so far it looks like prototypes are more suited to grunt work (heavy supply lifting) than combat. Still useful.
