Have you ever considered a career in the Skeleton Army?
I have them too, since birth. It's gotten a bit worse over time, as I get older (38F). There are medications that can help, though.

We always had a chew toy on hand, and when our puppy bit our hands, we swapped in the chew toy and gave lots of praise. No more bites.

We have a nesting pair that love to eat their catches on our fence. I often find feathers from various birds around the fence afterwards.
My dogs would go nuts for fruits and veggies. Romaine, carrots, and bell peppers were their favorites. Now I have a cat that loves bread.

I had this too as a teen, and well into my late 20s. What helped me was a fidget cube. I could let my hands be busy clicking buttons, etc.
There wasn't even a skeleton left to join the Skeleton Army!
This happened in my town, and while there was a tornado north of the windfarm, this was actually caused by a downburst.
