Electrician I used to work with would swap out internals of lights and exhaust fans and then return them. Scummy but they always accepted it

good on you! How big are the TVs? Doing my dads house and I put in more than that just on dumpsters for garbage. Fully down to studs though.

Cook to 125 with souse vide then sear on a screaming hot cast iron skillet. Season however you want, always will be perfectly cooked.
I was paying $2450 for a 350sq/ft studio apartment on the 5th floor of a walk up. My bed barely fit. Definitely wasn’t nice at all.
