New doctor trying to find his way in the world. Basically season 1 of Scrubs with more tears. J.Crew Selfie: https://imgur.com/85VjZeC Big Doggo Selfie: https://imgur.com/a/gxZLG Indoorsy gamer type. Shoot me a message and don't be shy, I always enjoy conversation!

Knew one of the contractors that bailed really early on. Shameless perpetual money scheme

It’s a small office procedure. The bigger a section removed the larger the incision a d more chance of complications. Risks > benefits

It’s a small section and the scar tissue can form a passage. Failure rates are tremendously low though

Just different kinds of vasectomies. All can fail, and the rates are pretty similar and vary based on the study.

Wow, blast from the past. I met my wife on this post and I’ve since become a doctor and had two children with her.

People have different levels of insulin resistance. Type 1 Diabetics have different levels of it. Some need 60 units per day, others need 10

Looks like cobblestoning. Irritation in the back of the throat from post-nasal drip

Been looking for a game in my down time. What are your favs?

It’s done and over for good unfortunately. Not sure it was going to end in the next 30 years regardless

I’m worried because you can still get a mild version of the infection and spread it. We’re probably going to see a spike in cases shortly.

Woah, nostalgia. Not sure I ever even knew how to play the card game, I just loved collecting them.

This for medical professional use or personal use? They already have similar devices for this in the hospital, just not combined into one

The supreme court, and by that I mean the DM, knows it when they see it. As for D&D, that's a helluva explanation

Toxic? Generally that’s used to mean abusive toward others, and it isn’t. Unhealthy? Maybe, but ridicule isn’t a good motivator anyhow
