I have to get nystatin suppositories or creams compounded (pricey!). For yeast I recently used boric acid suppositories- it seemed to work
I’m super allergic to fluconazole (and all of its friends). One dose and I’m crazy rashy. When I use the cream it takes my skin off.

Well she’s been doing it most of her adult life. Along with many female nurses and social workers.
That’s bullshit. My friend is the nurse manager on a male forensic psych ward and does this daily. It’s about training and technique .
He didn’t ask permission- and he often stood between them in the door or did it over the phone. Fuck that.
We’re not fighting them. We won.

Better eating so I’m already on track. I hike 4-5 days a week (sometimes at 6-7am to fit my schedule) and drink 7-8 glasses of water a day
