Kinda had similar issues today (came out to mother about being mtf trans and was basically told I need antipsychotic drugs and god)

They're about the consistency of gummy bears. Though you can make them with liquid centres so they burst after a while...
Either push them out with anal or vaginal muscles or they dissolve over a period of time.
You have to make them relatively solid or they're difficult to get through the tube... Think gummy bears.
