Getting title dropped often feels like my parents using my full name. Usually means I'm in trouble.
I cringe when I hear somebody refer to me by my title. I'd rather have their respect than the title. Just sergeant or sir is fine with me.
What version of "smells like teen spirit" is that?

I meant it as non-religious folk (non-er), although it's typical usage is derogative in nature in some lines of work. Not nonce.
I think that's the point. Religious people buy into his stuff while the rest of us nonners just see the scheme.
