This isn't a judgement of southern individuals. It's a judgement of the basis of the Confederacy, of which this flag is a symbol.
Yes, Lincoln said some racist things early on. Later he began to support racial equality. Flip-flop or real change, who knows.

Not at all. My design avoids them almost entirely, and my team and stakeholders agree with this. This was just meant to be funny.
