We can change things by voting but even that doesn't take place until Nov, and then hopefully January. The helpless feeling makes it worse.
How do you change the government? People who won't wear masks? Governors who don't give a shit about your health?
What do you do with all of that extra time though? I deleted facebook, but I'm currently not working.

Women routinely feel unsafe. Ask some of your female friends when the last time they felt unsafe around men.
Did you ever feel legitimately threatened for your body or safety? Those women shouldn't have touched you, but it's not the same.

It depends on the person. High metabolism - it is just as difficult to put on weight as it is for those with slow metabolisms to lose it.
That's inaccurate. There is no increment that you lose or gain weight in.

Suicide may not be your answer, but for others, it's the only way they feel they can escape their pain.
