For now yes. Until it has some issue that can weaken its structure even to a small degree then it doesn't take much at all to take it down.
An effect on creating more extremes every year but weather doesn't give a shit about your or the trees health. Itll do what it wants to.

MT has winds that can push cars and trailer trucks right off the highway. Do you think tornados are century extremes? Or hurricanes?
They are yearly from June to just about September. MI have winds coming off of the great lakes that can rip them out.
How is a yearly effect a century extreme? I've seen this happen all over the US ever year. It's not an extreme. Look at the AZ moonsoons.
Seen them flip an F16 that was tied down. Seen microbursts rip healthy trees and the surrounding dirt right out. I was a USAF Weatherman.
They don't. Outside forces like weather can easily topple a tree if it wants. An example would be microbursts from thunderstorms.
It depends. Phoenix has just enough uncounted votes to a point where IF Trump gets them all he can edge out a win. Unlikely he gets them all
The only issue is there are still going to be just enough uncounted votes in Phoenix that he can edge out a win if he gets every one.
