Hope you're feeling abit more motivated after falling off the band wagon last week. Like you said new month, new motivation. I look out for your post here and it's a huge motivation in my own weight loss journey. I still have 13.5kg to lose to be at the top end of my healthy weight. I've always had a "sweet tooth" which I thing is better described as a sugar addiction. Please keep going, you're an inspiration to me and many others

If you're suggesting family therapy, you likely already go to therapy. But on thexoof chance you don't, therapy would be hugely beneficial for you individually even if your mother won't participate. Hope you get yhe closure you seek one day
