I would offer some awesome reward for anyone who finds this, but alas, I have no skills.

Just make the concrete out of limestone cement. It actually degrades the body automatically. A number of killers have done it before.

A cruise is sorta different, that's a couple days, maybe weeks. A flight is the difference of what, at most a couple hours?
