The libertarians need my vote!
I’ve done chicken, ribs (3-2-1) and brisket. Used the A-maze-n pellet tray and couldn’t get it to stay lit.
And leaves politics out of it
It is easy to use but hard to get good smoke flavor. Pellet is electric too and has continuous smoke. So, best of both!
I believe a pellet smoker will be my next outdoor purchase. I bought an electric and haven’t been happy with it

We adopted a cat from that shelter years ago. Terrible vets there. Their vet messed up the spay on her and said to not come back
