Everything’s pretty much in mm. even boards that are 4’x8’ are marked up as 1220mmx2440mm.
We measure in mm. so our frames will be built at 2440 centres to catch OSB/ ply boards. 2400 centres for plaster boards. 2nd nature now
In the UK we get sheets either 2.4x1.2m (2400x1200mm) or 4’x8’ (2440x1220mm) depending on what sheets they are. We have to frame accordingly

They are actually. Since 2010. It’s to avoid any player missing the final due to accumulating yellows like Ballack did for Germany in 2002.
Cards are wiped after the quarter finals.
