He didn't praise Cuba or Fidel Castro explicitly. He commended their education system, the same as Barack Obama.

The minimum wage is still a much debated issue.
Tons of social and economic issues (education, healthcare, wealth gap, corruption) The last straw was the govt raising subway ticket prices.
And when he's inevitably voted out of office and replaced by a Democratic president, they will inherit this mess and be blamed for it
