If their union isn't providing them legal representation in the face of job related charges why are they paying dues?

States were supposed to be much more important. fed was supposed to deal with foreign policy and sorta play referee between states.
Iirc you can't, unless those states agree, and why would they?

Shortest I had was like 25-thirty I've had up to 48 hours
That would get extra senate seats but probably not do anything about the presidential election just split the EC votes
Doesn't work that way gerrymandering only gets your party more seats in the house president and senators are state wide popular election.
Neither would be ideal, is that an option?
