If the dingle bop isnt pushed through the grumbo when the fleeb is rubbed the fleeb juice wont properly attract the schlami. Obviously that means when they cut away the fleeb there wont be any hizzards, the blamfs wont have proper friction against the chumbles and removing the plubis and grumbo will leave you with a product that is defective if not outright dangerous.

The peace prize criteria does specifically refer to a reduction of standing armies though so not using them - but still keeping them - should be a detractor (yeah i know he was never gonna be in a position to significantly reduce the destructive potential of the US military)
