Quite sure it's because of youtube's compressor that makes it look fuzzy. There's high-res pictures of him and it's much better.
Spiderman/boy in here is in a different universe to Sony's films, think of this as a 'reboot'.
To be fair, youtube's compressor makes it look worse than it actually is. I mean other than the fact that people love complaining.

Spidey is 15 years old at this moment in MCU. Stark probably saw his suit design/gifts so he gave Spidey a Stark Scholarship.
