Studies have show that's basically where "wealth buys happiness" levels out. Here in South Africa we just had our elections again. You just need to register the first time you're eligible so you know WHERE to vote, and otherwise in future elections just update, through various means, if you move somewhere else so they can update the voter rolls for that area.Also it's usually over weekends and if you're working you have to be given time off to go vote. The US is a fucking joke of a democracy.
