As the other poster said, this is a basic surgical mask. They don't seal and are one size.
This is just a surgical mask, not a respirator. Surgical masks do not seal around the face. They should be conformed around your nose tho.
Both will be equally poor at this task.

Just regular existence triggers glycogen breakdown. It's how your body maintains blood glucose throughout the day.
