The seagull: mostly absent but occasionally swoops in, makes a lot of noise, shits all over everything then flies off again.
GIMP 2.9.6 was released 4 days ago... it's a huge and still very active project.

It's an ergodox, and right now just qwerty. Took me long enough to adjust to the split board layout and unlearn bad habits.
Fair, it's got to be pretty damned messy.
Seriously. Separate Modem, Firewall, AP and switch. Use Ubiquiti for the AP. Use an old PC running pfsense or equiv for the firewall.
You know that that filter is supposed to block mature content, not only show it; right?

The culture's a little different than the states. A lot of the same base lines apply. Best advice. There will be a ton of outsiders at uni.
So keep going. Leave the pain behind, seek help to do so. Take the fresh starts as they are offered. You are worth it.
If I could go back and give myself one piece of advice it would be to take advantage of the counselling that was available there.
Treating it as a fresh start is absolutely the way to go. The biggest mistake I made was dragging the pain and depression with me.
6th form sounds like the UK. The advice from others is mostly right. Uni is different. It getting better is on you though.

Yup, no argument. Got to stay positive and network like crazy though. Only way to get through it.
When. Quit when you get a better job.
Call out people making rape jokes. Speak out when people blame the victim. Do what you can to educate yourself, and then those around you.
