Yeah, I live in Northern Onatrio. There isn't really a town where that dot is. Seems to cover all Ontario and not localized.
I believe the current estimates here in Canada are roughly 1%. We seem to be doing a decent job of testing so I would assume the date is ok

As a defenseman, I agree. The pain of blocking shots that don't need to be blocked will never be forgotten.
