Non-binary is for gender, not sex, and most cultures enforce a binary gender system on intersex people - so it is a word with potential utility for everyone, not just enbies.Most of us are cissexual and often consider ourselves cisgender as well, (though it's arguable if the latter is technically accurate, culturally it's almost always the label used.)
