This is extremely well done - congrats. I had looked at building some of these for my father a few years ago and finally decided it was more work than I was willing to undertake. These are very, very, nice. Going to file this away in case I have the need again.

Congrats! A fast one is much more difficult to build than one might expect at the outset. It's all about weight distribution and friction.
